Defrosting control logic
Heating or hot water into defrosting conditions:
Heating or hot water model, the compressor cumulative operation time ≥45MIN (parameter P10), and compressor continuous operation time ≥5min;Outer coil temperature <-3℃ (parameter P11);
①(ambient temp-outer coil temp) ≥5℃ (parameter P14), and -7℃≤ ambient temp ≤ parameter P16 for 30 seconds;
②(ambient temp-outer coil temp) ≥5℃ (parameter P15), and ambient temp < -7℃ for 30 seconds;
When the above conditions are met at same time, defrosting is entered;
(Note: ① and ② only one need to meet any condition)
When the tempe the outer coil fails, if the ambient temp is ≤20°C,
Then the defrosting is changed to timing defrosting, and the defrosting
time is10 MIN;
Enter defrosting condition when starting
When the shutdown/standby/compressor power off time ≥30 minutes
-7℃≤ ambient temp ≤3℃, and coil temp < -3℃ (parameter P11);
When the start-up condition of the compressor is met (the water temperature is lower than the hysteresis/start the machine, but it is not started), enter the defrosting mode when the above conditions are met
Exit defrost condition:
After 2 minutes of defrosting, when the temperature of the outer coil is ≥ 20°C (parameter P13) or the defrosting time reaches 10 MIN (parameter P12), the system will exit defrosting
Defrosting action: (The compressor is not turned off during defrosting, but the frequency is reduced to the lowest 30Hz)
When the defrosting conditions are met, the following actions will be taken:
1)The compressor drops to 30HZ, and the fan turns off after 15 seconds;
2)At 55S, the four-way valve is powered on
3)At 60S, the compressor rises to a defrosting frequency of 60Hz (parameter P09)
4)Circulate pump keeps running;
When exiting defrosting conditions are met, the following actions will be taken:
1)Compressor down to 30HZ;
2)At 55S, the four-way valve is de-energized;
3)At 60 seconds, the fan is turned on, and after 5 seconds, the compressor returns to the normal control frequency and resumes normal operation
Abnormal end of defrost
1)In the event of a failsafe shutdown during defrost, the system immediately exits defrost and stops operating;
2)Low pressure protection not detected during defrost;
